In relation to case number A90BM228 on 13 April 2016, HHJ McKenna sitting at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre as a High Court Judge of the High Court of Justice Queen’s Bench Division Birmingham District Registry, sentenced the Defendant in that case, Jodie Price, to a suspended custodial sentence of 14 days for contempt of court for breach of a final injunction order. The basis of the imposition of that sentence was that Jodie Price, Participating in a car cruise and obstructing the highway. The breaches were contrary to the terms of the final injunction order dated 01 December 2014 to which Jodie Price was subject.
