In relation to the above numbered case on 20th June 2017 His Honour Judge Worster sitting in the County Court at Birmingham as a Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant, Giovanni Persico, in that case, to a sentence of 2 months  suspended until 31st December 2018 for contempt of Court on breach of an Injunction Order dated  13th October 2016. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Giovanni Persico

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

  1. Failing to comply with paragraph 2 of the Injunction Order.
  2. Failing to comply with paragraph 3 of the Injunction Order.
  3. Failing to comply with paragraph 4 of the Injunction Order.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 13th October 2016 to which Giovanni was subject
