In relation to the above numbered case on 12 May 2017, District Judge Rich TD sitting in the County Court at Birmingham as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 24 November 2017. This sentence is suspended until 12 May 2019.  The basis of the sentence imposed is that Mr. Adrian William King was:

In breach of the Injunction, by

  1. Between 11 and 14 March 2017 the Defendant attended at Flat 1, 383 Hobmoor Road, Yardley, Birmingham in breach of paragraph 3 of the Interim Injunction Order dated 24 November 2016.

This breach was contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 24 November 2017 to which Mr. Adrian William King was subject.
