In relation to the above numbered case on 16th June 2016 Her Honour Judge Carmel Wall sitting in the County Court at Birmingham as a Circuit Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant, Nina Edman, in that case, to a Suspended Custodial sentence of 10 weeks in total for 12 months for contempt of Court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 16th October 2015. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Nina Edman

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

  1. Shouting out of the window of the property on 13th March 2016.
  2. Shouting and swearing at Kathleen Crawford on 13th March 2016.
  3. Shouting and swearing in the property on 28th May 2016.
  4. Shouting and playing loud music on 28th May 2016.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 16th October 2015 to which Nina Edman was subject.
