Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to B00GL016 on 1st June 2015, at the County Court at Gloucester sitting as a District Judge, I sentenced Ellen Birch to a custodial sentence of 56 days for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that Ellen Birch had on numerous occasions disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 16th January 2015, which prohibited her from various behaviours including causing a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupants of properties neighbouring Flat 3, 18 Byron Avenue, Gloucester, or from making excessive noise from within or in the immediate vicinity of that property.

The basis of that sentence was that Michael Birch had on numerous occasions disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 16th January 2015, which prohibited him from various behaviours including causing a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupants of properties neighbouring Flat 3, 18 Byron Avenue, Gloucester, or from making excessive noise from within or in the immediate vicinity of that property.

The basis of that sentence was that Trudy Birch had on numerous occasions disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 16th January 2015, which prohibited her from various behaviours including causing a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupants of properties neighbouring Flat 3, 18 Byron Avenue, Gloucester, or from making excessive noise from within or in the immediate vicinity of that property.

The basis of that sentence was that Jane Beard had on numerous occasions disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 16th January 2015, which prohibited her from various matters including causing a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupants of properties neighbouring Flat 3, 18 Byron Avenue, Gloucester, or from making excessive noise from within or in the immediate vicinity of that property.
