Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to A00GL395 on 23rd June 2015, at the County Court at Gloucester & Cheltenham sitting at Gloucester as a District Judge, I sentenced Yvonne Claire Baillie to a custodial sentence of 56 days for contempt of court, suspended for one year on the basis of her continued compliance with the injunction order dated 9th June 2014. The basis of that sentence was that Yvonne Claire Baillie had on 18th and 19th June 2015 disobeyed the terms of the anti-social behaviour injunction dated 9th June 2015, which prohibited her from various behaviours including causing a nuisance or annoyance to any person with a right to reside in or occupy housing accommodation, of from admitting visitors to her property 16 Parkside Close, Churchdown, Gloucestershire GL3 1JR between 8pm and 8am
