Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction :Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to Case No. BO0ED766 on 27 August 2015 at the County Court at Central London I, HH Judge Wulwik, sentenced Ngasia Muhemba to an immediate custodial sentence of 3 months’ imprisonment for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that Ngasia Muhemba between 9pm on 31 July and 3am on 1 August 2015 breached an anti-social behaviour injunction granted on 11 March 2015 by harassing and causing nuisance to Mohammed Boucif by causing or permitting loud music and shouting inside and outside 46 Northolt, Griffin Road, London N.17. This was the third breach of the injunction since it was granted and followed an earlier sentence of 14 days’ imprisonment for similar breaches committed on 25 April and 5/6 May 2015.
