Contempt found:
On 13/06/2015,attending at a property which he had been prohibited from so doing and issuing  threats to a person who lived there , contrary to an Injunction order dated 26/09/14 granted by DJ Baldwin. The Defendant admitted these breaches.The Court permitted the Claimant to restore a previous breach for sentence, that matter relating to an occasion on 01/10/2014 when the Defendant was in an area he was excluded from pursuant to the Order dated 26/09/14. The Defendant had previously admitted this breach on 03/10/2014and sentence had been adjourned generally with liberty to restore.

Punishment imposed:
The Defendant was sentenced to:

3 months imprisonment (concurrent with each other) in relation to the two breaches committed on 13/06/2015 but suspended on terms that he complies with the existing Injunction as amended and extended until 15/06/2016.

1 month Imprisonment (consecutive to the sentences passed in relation to the breaches committed on 13/06/2015) suspended on terms that he complies with the existing Injunction as amended and extended until 15/06/2016.

Total Imprisonment – 4 months.
