On 15th September 2015, HHJ Platts found Aaron Ellwood guilty of Contempt of Court.

Aaron Ellwood admitted statements of fact in affidavit evidence filed on behalf of the Claimant that on 13th July 2015, he was present in an exclusion zone from which he had been prohibited by an earlier antisocial behaviour injunction granted by District Judge Bever on 8th June 2015. He was sentenced in respect of the breach to 14 days imprisonment suspended for 12 months and on condition that he complies with the terms of an injunction made on the 15th September 3015.
