Employment Tribunals (England & Wales) President
Dr Brian John Doyle was appointed as the President of the Employment Tribunals (England & Wales) in April 2014. He was called to the Bar in 1977. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals in 1994, becoming a Salaried Chairman in 2000, and then appointed as Regional Employment Judge in 2003. He was also appointed as Legal Chairman of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal in 2003 and of the Reinstatement Committees and Umpires Tribunal in 2010. Judge Doyle sits on the Judicial College Board and chairs its Tribunals Committee. He is a judicial member of the HMCTS Audit and Risk Committee.
