Upper Tribunal Judge Charles Emmerson Lovett Turnbull retires with effect from 8 June 2017.

Upper Tribunal Judge Turnbull (65) was called to the Bar (I) in 1975. He was appointed a Social Security and Child Support Commissioner in 2000 and an Upper Tribunal Judge (Administrative Appeals Chamber) in 2008.
