Upper Tribunal Judge Retirement: Eshun

Upper Tribunal Judge Kate Esi Eshun retires with effect from 1 July 2016.

Upper Tribunal Judge Eshun (65) was called to the Bar (I) in 1983. She was appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 1992 and full-time Immigration Adjudicator in 1994 (now known as Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). She was appointed a Legal Member of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission in 2001 (now known as Tribunal Judge of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission).
