Tribunal Judge Monica Josephine Pirotta retires with effect from 1 August 2015.

Tribunal Judge Pirotta (61) was called to the Bar (M) in 1976. She was appointed Deputy Stipendiary Magistrate (now known as District Judge (Crime)) for the West Midlands in 1993 and served for 6 years. She was appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2001 and a full-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2002 (now known as Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)).
