Tribunal Judge Retirement: Nicholson

Tribunal Judge Jonathan James Bennett Nicholson retired with effect from 11 July 2017.

Tribunal Judge Nicholson (62) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. He was appointed a Magistrate in the Solomon Islands in 1981, a Legal Chairman for the Special Education Needs and Disability Tribunal in 1996, a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 1997, a full-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2000 and an Immigration Judge in 2005 (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)).
