Tribunal Judge Stuart McLachlan retires with effect from 17 November 2015.

Tribunal Judge McLachlan (70) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1970. He was appointed Chairman of Social Security Appeal Tribunals in 1996 and District Chairman of Appeal Tribunals in 1999 (now known as Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)). He was appointed Deputy Social Security Child Support Commissioner in 2002.
