Tribunal Judge Douglas James May QC retired with effect from 1 September 2015.

Notes to editors

Tribunal Judge May QC (69) was admitted as an Advocate in 1971 and took Silk in 1989. He was appointed a Social Security Commissioner and Child Support Commissioner in 1993 (now known as Upper Tribunal Judge of the Administrative Appeals Chamber). He served as a member of the Tribunal Procedure Committee from 2008 to 2015.
