Tribunal Judge Henry James Edward Latter retires with effect from 1 July 2015.

Tribunal Judge Latter (65) was called to the Bar (M) in 1972. He was appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 1993, Special Immigration Adjudicator in 1994, full-time Immigration Adjudicator in 1995, a part-time Legal Member of the Immigration Appeal Tribunal in 1996, Deputy Chief Immigration Adjudicator in 1998 and a full-time Legal Member (also known as Vice President) of the Immigration Appeal Tribunal in 2001 (now known as Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)). He was appointed a Legal Member of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission in 2002.
