Tribunal Judge Retirement: Kidd

Tribunal Judge James Cameron Kidd retired with effect from 18 April 2018.

Tribunal Judge Kidd (70) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1973. He was appointed a part-time Chairman of Social Security Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) in 1991 and a full-time Chairman of Social Security Appeal Tribunals, Medical Appeal Tribunals, Disability Appeal Tribunals and Child Support Appeal Tribunals in 1995 (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber) Scotland).
