Hugh William James Stubbs (67) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1972. He was appointed as a fee-paid Chairman of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal in March 2001, appointed a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber) in 2008, and became President of the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber in July 2012.
