His Honour Judge Peter Charles Lister Clark retired as a Senior Circuit Judge (Permanent Judge to the Employment Appeal Tribunal) with effect from 1 April 2017.

His Honour Judge Clark (68) was called to the Bar (G) in 1970 and elected a Bencher in 2012. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1991, a Recorder in 1994 and a Circuit Judge and Permanent Judge to the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 1995. He was appointed a Senior Circuit Judge in 2005.
