Senior Circuit Judge Appointment: Lodder

The Queen has appointed Peter Norman Lodder QC to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Resident Judge, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, to serve as Resident Judge at Kingston-upon-Thames Crown Court, with effect from 20 January 2015.

Peter Norman Lodder QC, aged 56, will be known as His Honour Judge Lodder QC. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1981 and took Silk in 2001. He was appointed as an Assistant Recorder in 1999 and as a Recorder in 2000.
