Employment Judge Retirement: Gay

Employment Judge Vivienne Karin Gay retires as an Employment Judge with effect from 6 March 2017.

Employment Judge Gay (65) was called to the Bar (G) in 1974. She was appointed a part-time Chairman of Employment Tribunals in 1994, a full-time Chairman of Employment Tribunals in 1998, Regional Employment Judge in 2007 and Legal Chairman of the Reinstatement Committees and Umpires Tribunal in 2010. She was appointed Legal Chairman of the Reserve Forces Appeal Tribunal in 2010. In 2015 she relinquished the Regional Employment Judge role and reverted to being an Employment Judge.
