Employment Judge Humphrey George Forrest retires as an Employment Tribunal Judge with effect from 1 September 2016.

Employment Judge Forrest (65) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. He was appointed a part-time Chairman of Employment Tribunals in 2000, an Employment Judge in 2004 and a Legal Chairman of the Special Education Needs and Disability Tribunal in 2002 (now known as Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber)). He was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Information Tribunal in 2005 (now known as Tribunal Member (First-tier General Regulatory Chamber)).
