This event is aimed at solicitors, barristers and legal executives from under-represented groups (BAME, women, those with a disability and LGBT) who are interested in a career in the judiciary and is relevant to junior members of the professions and those with a number of years post qualification experience.

As part of its commitment to promoting greater diversity in the judiciary, the Law Society, Bar Council, CILEx, and the JAC, are running targeted events to raise awareness of opportunities in the judiciary.
