District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) James Barrington Prowse retires with effect from 22 October 2015.

District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Prowse (65) was called to the Bar (I) in 1986. He was appointed an Acting Provincial Stipendiary Magistrate in 1995, Deputy District Judge (Magistrate’s Courts) in 2000 and a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2001.
