District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) David John Chinery retires with effect from 1 December 2016.

District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Chinery (66) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He was appointed an Acting Stipendiary Magistrate in 1993, a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 1998 and a Recorder in 2002. He was a Judicial College Course Tutor (Family, Civil, Crime and Magistrates) from 2002 to 2014.
