The Queen has appointed Devinder Kaur Sandhu to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Croydon Magistrates’ and Family Court with effect from 26 February 2018.

Devinder Kaur Sandhu, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Sandhu. She was called to the Bar as a member of Gray’s Inn. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2012.
