The Queen has appointed Timothy King to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Westminster Magistrates’ Court with effect from 20 April 2016.

Timothy King, aged 37, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) King. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2012.
