The Queen has appointed Kevin Christopher Grego to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at North Staffordshire Justice Centre with effect from 29 January 2018.

Notes to editors

Kevin Christopher Grego, aged 62, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Grego. He was called to the Bar (G) in 2001. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2001.
