The Queen has appointed Joanne Helen Riley to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Dudley County Court with effect from 26 May 2016.

Joanne Helen Riley, aged 42, will be known as District Judge Riley. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
