District Judge Appointment: Revere

The Queen has appointed Carla Jane Revere to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, on a peripatetic basis on a salaried part time working basis of 80% with effect from 2 June 2016.

Notes to editors

Carla Revere, aged 39, will be known as District Judge Revere. She was called to the Bar (I) in 2001. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
