The Queen has appointed Beatrice Hilary Rose Prevatt to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based in East London Family Court with effect from 18 April 2016.

Beatrice Hilary Rose Prevatt, aged 53, will be known as District Judge Prevatt. She was called to the Bar (G) in 1985. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2013.
