District Judge Appointment: Moan

The Queen has appointed Lindsey Marie Moan to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Northampton Combined Court with effect from 1 May 2018.

Lindsey Marie Moan, aged 46 will be known as District Judge Moan. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1996. She was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013 and assigned to the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014.
