The Queen has appointed Andrew Christopher Holmes to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based in the West London group of Courts with effect from 11 April 2016.

Andrew Christopher Holmes, aged 38, will be known as District Judge Holmes. He was called to the Bar (L) in 2000. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
