District Judge Appointment: Graham Keating

The Queen has appointed Graham John Lyde Keating to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, on a peripatetic basis with effect from 28 November 2016.

Graham John Lyde Keating, aged 49, will be known as District Judge Graham Keating. He was admitted to the Roll in 1995. He was appointed as a fee-paid Adjudicator of the Road User Charging Tribunal in 2006 and as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
