The Queen has appointed Sarah Isobel Gibbons to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based in the Central Family Court with effect from 11 April 2016.

Sarah Isobel Gibbons, aged 54, will be known as District Judge Gibbons. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1987. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
