The Queen has appointed Andrew Michael Eaton-Hart to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Plymouth County Court with effect from 19 March 2018.

Andrew Michael Eaton-Hart, aged 51, will be known as District Judge Eaton-Hart. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1989. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
