District Judge Appointment: Deane

The Queen has appointed Charlotte Barbara Deane to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at St Helens County Court and Family Court with effect from 24 January 2017.

Charlotte Barbara Deane, aged 36, will be known as District Judge Deane. She was called to the Bar (L) in 2002. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2013.
