The Queen has appointed Lorraine May Callaghan to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at the Basildon Combined Court and Southend County and Family Court with effect from 3 April 2018.

Lorraine May Callaghan, aged 54, will be known as District Judge Callaghan. She was Admitted as Solicitor in 1992. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2013.
