The Queen has appointed Paula Sharon Bailey to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Stoke-on-Trent Combined Court with effect from 26 March 2018.

Paula Sharon Bailey, aged 43 will be known as District Judge Bailey. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1999. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
