District Bench Retirement: Oldham

District Judge David Oldham retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 October 2015.

District Judge Oldham (68) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1971. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1987, a District Judge in 1994 and a Recorder in 2002. He was President of the Association of Her Majesty’s District Judges from 2009 to 2010.
