The Queen has appointed David Francis Webster to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Walsall Magistrates’ Court with effect from 7 November 2016.

David Francis Webster, aged 60, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Webster. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981 and called to the Bar (G) in 1993. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Court) in 2003.
