The Queen has appointed Katherine Jane Greening Tucker to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.

The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre. She will take up post with effect from 17 October 2014 on a Salaried Part-time working basis (70%).

Katherine Jane Greening Tucker, aged 45, will be known as Her Honour Judge Tucker. She was called to the Bar (L) in 1993. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge in 2004 and as a salaried Employment Judge in 2009.
