The Queen has appointed Jason Taylor to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Swindon Crown Court with effect from 12 March 2018.

Jason Taylor, aged 45, will be known as His Honour Judge Jason Taylor QC. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1995 and took Silk in 2018. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
