The Queen has appointed Gregory Lloyd Perrins to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Wood Green Crown Court with effect from Tuesday 29 November 2016.

Notes to editors

Gregory Lloyd Perrins, aged 42, will be known as His Honour Judge Perrins. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1997. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2012 and as a fee-paid Legal Chairman of the Police Appeal Tribunal in 2014.
