Circuit Judge Appointment: Parnell

The Queen has appointed Graham Parnell to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Chelmsford County Court, with effect from 26 January 2018.

Notes to editors

Graham Parnell, aged 59, will be known as His Honour Judge Parnell. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1982. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 1998 and as a District Judge in 2007.
