The Queen has appointed Oscar Del-Fabbro to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Snaresbrook Crown Court with effect from 1 December 2015.

Oscar Del-Fabbro, aged 58, will be known as His Honour Judge Del Fabbro. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1982. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Adjudicator of the Immigration Appellate Authority (now known as Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2002, and as a Recorder in 2005.
