Circuit Judge Appointment: David Miller

The Queen has appointed David Nathan Miller to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Woolwich Crown Court with effect from Thursday 12 January 2017.

Notes to editors

David Nathan Miller, aged 55, will be known as His Honour Judge David Miller. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1984 and admitted to the Roll in 1988. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2006 and as a Recorder in 2008.
