The Queen has appointed Barry Adrian Berlin to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Elizabeth Truss MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at both Leicester Crown Court and Northampton Crown court, with effect from 1 November 2016.

Barry Adrian Berlin, aged 59 will be known as His Honour Judge Berlin. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1981. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2005.
