His Honour Judge Patrick Martin Joseph Moloney QC retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 January 2018.

His Honour Judge Moloney QC (64) was called to the Bar (M) 1976, took Silk in 1998 and was elected a Bencher in 2006. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2007, a Circuit Judge in 2007 and the Designated Civil Judge for East Anglia in 2009.
